      Pros

      Love the kids, the staff, the school! It is always a very busy day, but we keep the kids happy and busy. The families are so nice, it was a pleasure working with their children. I had so much fun with the summer program- wish I didn't have to go back to college. I would like to return next summer, and continue on full time after college. I believe there will be advancement opportunities

      I move a bit from one room to another- wish I could have stayed in one room.

      Pros

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Other staff were fun and enjoyable. Children were a joy to be around. Decent benefits and decent pay for someone with experience. Center families were a joy to work with. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Super high turnover rate. Management team unfriendly and unprofessional. Only greeted favorite families and favorite staff members in the morning. Condescending tone when giving directions or instructions to staff.
