      The owners are super sweet and easy to work with and the program is unquie compared to other daycares. Also, the parents seemed to be caring and present which helped make it easy to redirect behavior.

      Kids are still kids and its hard work.

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Other staff were fun and enjoyable. Children were a joy to be around. Decent benefits and decent pay for someone with experience. Center families were a joy to work with. Great work-life balance.

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Super high turnover rate. Management team unfriendly and unprofessional. Only greeted favorite families and favorite staff members in the morning. Condescending tone when giving directions or instructions to staff.
