Pros
Many companies talk about having a rich culture, but TLE truly lives it! I've never experienced an entire office coming together to eat lunch as a team. There's a strong focus on inclusivity, ensuring that even field employees feel connected. I’m constantly challenged and inspired to think creatively, which keeps me motivated. Working at TLE has broadened my horizons and opened up new opportunities for growth.
Cons
My biggest regret is not joining this amazing company sooner. Growth is highly valued here, and I feel that if I had come on board earlier, I could have advanced much further in my career by now.
