Pros
The staff gets along at our location. We love one another and our director has our backs.
Cons
We have almost no prep time, We are over worked, under paid and understaffed. Upper management and the franchisees don’t do anything to hear our issues and we are at fault if things go bad as a result of unserstaffing. We cannot teach when we focus entirely on managing behaviors and a corporate model that polishes the rears of parents who act out of malice and refuse to raise their children.
