      *SOME of the staff are absolute gems. *Indoor playspace is nice.

      Cons

      This is a daycare run like a mcdonalds. Full stop. You will never see the owner(s) but you may get the occasional pizza party instead of a pay raise :)

      Pros

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Other staff were fun and enjoyable. Children were a joy to be around. Decent benefits and decent pay for someone with experience. Center families were a joy to work with. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Super high turnover rate. Management team unfriendly and unprofessional. Only greeted favorite families and favorite staff members in the morning. Condescending tone when giving directions or instructions to staff.
