      Pros

      I can't decide where to begin...so let's start with Culture. This company is the first and only organization I have worked for that truly fosters a positive culture. As a parent I appreciate the curriculum that is being taught to the little learners. The slogan is "Happy Happens Here" and they truly mean it. I have not been employed long but seeing that there are individuals who have been with the company for over 10 years speaks volumes. Compared to previous employers TLE is 10/10 highly recommended!

      Pros

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Other staff were fun and enjoyable. Children were a joy to be around. Decent benefits and decent pay for someone with experience. Center families were a joy to work with. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Specifically for Morristown, NJ location: Super high turnover rate. Management team unfriendly and unprofessional. Only greeted favorite families and favorite staff members in the morning. Condescending tone when giving directions or instructions to staff.
