Pros

I have been with this team for almost 3 years. I have seen many people go over that time that were not ready for the pace of work. The organization is heavily focused on growth now and in the future. This trickles down to each team member. You have to want yo be improving to keep up. If you want to sit back and just collect a check this is not for you. Extra effort will need to be put in and is rewarded. Happy to work here with this team.

Cons

Looking forward to future company growth that opens up additional benefits such as health insurance.

Pros

I have worked at The LifeWealth Group for many years. It is such a fun and dynamic place to be where I get to work along side some wonderful people, each of us running towards our own goals and company goals. Our clients are truly the kindest people and it is a joy to daily be able to know we are not only making a difference in their lives but also in their families for generations to come. Being able to make a difference in the lives of others and working alongside others passionate about doing the same is truly rewarding!

Cons

I thrive in a fast paced, goal oriented environment so I really enjoy my work here at The LifeWealth Group. If someone is looking for slower pace, low pressure work this may not be the company for them.

Pros

The employees here are phenomenal to work with, and you are constantly surrounded by extremely competent people. The compensation is highly for those new to the industry. The benefits package is solid, offering comprehensive health coverage, tuition reimbursement, and performance bonuses. If you work in an advisory role, a major plus is that you don’t have to prospect for clients. Additionally, the company doesn't expect weekend work, which can be rare in this industry. The organization is faith-based, which adds a meaningful touch if that aligns with your personal values. Overall, it is an incredible place to learn and grow. You will likely absorb more here than at any other firm, especially at the entry level. Because expectations are high and you are required to master multiple disciplines, your personal and professional growth will be immense. I would highly recommend this company to anyone whose primary goal is to learn and develop their career.

Cons

"The most significant challenge at this company is the overall culture, which deeply conflicts with its stated values. Employee turnover is exceptionally high, with most people leaving within their two years. This is largely driven by a combination of volatile expectations and poor managerial communication. While management maintains very high performance standards for every employee, the compensation package does not align with those expectations. Additionally, the environment is aggressively sales-oriented, often prioritizing short-term metrics over sustainable business practices and employee well-being
