      Pros

      Welcoming environment. I came back to MIL and was truly embraced with open arms. The company doesn’t just say they appreciate employees; they show it. Fantastic employee appreciation events, including: -Annual award ceremonies at beautiful venues with entertainment, great food, and drinks. -Family-oriented events like the Crab Fest and Kings Dominion Day. -Access to suite tickets and other thoughtful perks that make employees and families feel valued. Immediate access to many perks and benefits from day one. Strong sense of community and genuine care for employees.

      Cons

      I wish there were more PTO available. I wish there were more PTO available. It would be great if the gym membership subsidies could be applied to any gym, since the current options are either too expensive or too far from home.

      Pros

      I’ve been with MIL for 4 years now, and it’s been such a rewarding journey so far. Funny enough, I originally found the company through Glassdoor, so writing this review feels very full circle. What started as a very specific corporate role has evolved into much more project-based work than I ever expected to be doing here. One of the things I appreciate most is being able to openly share ideas without fear of judgment. My supervisor has been incredibly supportive, and having leadership that genuinely listens has made a huge difference in both my growth and confidence. The flexibility of remote work, the trust I’m given, and the supportive environment are some of the biggest positives for me. The work-life balance has also been excellent, which has made it possible to continue growing professionally while still prioritizing my family and personal life.
