      Pros

      Great work life balance and co-workers. I truly enjoyed entering into a lottery to use the suite in the Capital One Arena for sport games, concerts, and other activities.

      Cons

      Pay could be better for the work we do. The pay raises we receive as well should be more especially for the amount of government contracts they have. PTO builds up really slow and the health insurance is okay. If your contract ends or laid off, there’s no support for finding a new one or assisting in keeping you in the company.

      Pros

      I’ve been with MIL for 4 years now, and it’s been such a rewarding journey so far. Funny enough, I originally found the company through Glassdoor, so writing this review feels very full circle. What started as a very specific corporate role has evolved into much more project-based work than I ever expected to be doing here. One of the things I appreciate most is being able to openly share ideas without fear of judgment. My supervisor has been incredibly supportive, and having leadership that genuinely listens has made a huge difference in both my growth and confidence. The flexibility of remote work, the trust I’m given, and the supportive environment are some of the biggest positives for me. The work-life balance has also been excellent, which has made it possible to continue growing professionally while still prioritizing my family and personal life.
