Great vacation time, benefits, paid holidays and 401K is matched (when permanent). Works as a family almost. Fun holidays work parties. Decently professional for the most part. Semi-casual attire. Room for raises and possible growth. Duties that this company provides will look good on your resume.
Cons
CONSTANT ... And I mean CONSTANT layoffs. This company is what they're notorious about. It's sad honestly... They gave us great benefits, but they'll drop you like a fly if there is not enough work and will lay off so many employees (except upper-management, of course). Nepotism is indeed an issue and scandals are always going around in the office. Surprised no one filed a lawsuit against them yet, but that may be because almost everyone they hire has never really had any prior office experience before.
