Good benefits, 401k, promotion from within, laid back environment. This company has been around for over 30 years so there's something to be said about their longevity. Former employees leave and come back on their own which says a lot for a company. Great workplace overall!
Cons
This company is no different than the oil field companies, chain stores, and other businesses that rely on volume and demand to keep them profitable. If the demand is not there it is no way possible to keep employees hired with no work. That is the nature of this business. However, this company is well-known for the quality of work provided so when cases pick back up we are the first to be contacted. We are also the first to reach out to former employees who were laid off. Most places just hire new.
