Average salary, not bad but other companies will pay a little more
They have a very old school company culture. I.e. most people still have desktops (no lap tops) and no IM messenger of any sort unless you get it approved. Which means if you just have a quick question you have to walk to that person's desk or send an email. Also means in meetings you will have to print things instead of bringing in your laptop and hooking it up to an HDMI cable. So they are very behind the curve in technology. I would highly suggest that if you are used to working for software/ tech companies such as Microsoft you think very carefully about working here because you might be very disappointed with the lack of technology and you will not be getting hands on experience with the most recent technology. Also they follow a very traditional SDLC such as agile and scrum. So if you are used to "doing your own thing" and prefer a hands off management approach this is not the place you. You will feel a little annoyed by the more micro managed approach.
