Co-workers are very supportive of each other. The job is very diverse and never boring. Hours are very flexible and you set your own schedule.
Cons
In short, you cannot believe anything that is said by management when they are trying to recruit you for this opportunity. They will tell you that you own your own business, but you do not. They will tell you that you may sell the business at any time, but you may not. They will tell you that you can work part-time or full-time, but it is impossible to do this job working part-time. They overstate the amount of support that will be provided by corporate. Know going into it, that it is all on you win, lose or draw.
