Pros

N2 has proven day after day that company culture means something. The team is supportive, encouraging, and collaborative. There’s a strong sense of purpose in everything we do, and wins are celebrated across the board. The company's values aren’t just words on a wall; they’re actively lived out through our interactions and decision-making. What sets N2 apart is how much it invests in its people. Whether it’s through intentional communication, recognition programs, or personal development opportunities, you feel valued and appreciated. It’s rare to find a workplace where culture is this strong and consistent—and even rarer to find one where people actually want to stay long-term. If you’re looking for a place where you can thrive professionally while being part of a kind, purpose-driven team, The N2 Company is a phenomenal choice.

Cons

The shift to being fully remote has made it more challenging to build the same level of personal connection with team members that came naturally when we all worked in the same office.

Pros

N2 is a flexible company with strong family values and plenty of growth opportunities. I have been with the company for 12 years and have had the opportunity to grow professionally, take on new challenges, and develop new skills throughout my career.

Cons

Reviewing pay ranges regularly to ensure they remain competitive with the market would help support employee retention.

Pros

Managers that really care & promote learning and self-growth, flexibility with remote-work.

Cons

Pay structure and opportunities for raises are few and far between. Not a lot of monetizing reward or growth opportunities for picking up more work and being a team player.
