Pros
Hard work is both expected and rewarded. NRP does a lot to keep employee happy and engaged. Great flexibility and work/life balance. Upper level management is accessible and receptive to feedback. Benefits have recently been updated to include more paid holidays, a better 401k match, and paid parental leave - all things that were suggested by employees.
