They send you on a trip at their expense once a year

Cons

Understaffed. Will have you work at other properties constantly, even have you take after hours emergency calls for those properties as well. Horrible management. Horrible corporate employess. Heavy every day workload. Very low pay. High turnover rate. Minimal support from regional supervisors.
