Pros

Lots of departments that are willing to help and are responsive. Good people who really want to grow their careers. Best onboarding process for new associates, that are given the time to learn and settle in. Good bonus structure.

Cons

Poor leadership. The environment can feel hostile. Policies are broken for some but others are held to impossible standards.
