Pros

The only and I mean only PRO is the bonus structure when you are working on-site. Other than that absolutely NOTHING.

Cons

Where do I even start with the cons? * There is absolutely no training whatsoever, there is no structure within the properties * You will be left short staffed at a property for months on end. When it should be a 4 person office there will only be two people there and you guys are left to figure it out * Bullying by your property manager; you can walk into work one day with no makeup and be told you look ugly and need to go home. * Work life balance does not exist. You will be working 24/7 whether you are leasing or manager * This company has the biggest turnover I have ever seen in my years of working in property management * Most the people in the offices don’t know what they’re doing as THEY WERE NOT TRAINED * Hiring under qualified people My list could go on, on what the cons are. It got to the point the money wasn’t even worth it. Senior management does not care, they’re condescending and rude. They belittle you on mistakes you made when you were never even properly trained. I’m shocked myself how long I lasted with this company. I left with company with no job even lined up. That’s how bad it was. The relief I felt coming off my shoulders my last day was insane. I met some amazing people with the sites I worked with but other than that, it is not worth it. Be prepared to be overworked, underpaid and overwhelmed 24/7. Avoid at all costs.

Pros

Strong project execution and delivery — Projects are completed efficiently, with teams meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards that build client trust. Effective subcontractor and vendor relationships — Clear communication, timely payments, and consistent coordination contribute to smoother workflows and fewer disputes. Improved operational processes — Streamlined documentation, faster CO/PCO turnaround, and better internal communication reduce delays and enhance overall productivity.

Cons

Resource constraints during peak workload — Limited staffing or stretched teams can create bottlenecks, impacting response times and field support. Dependency on key personnel — When certain individuals are tied up (e.g., long calls or administrative burdens), it can slow decision‑making and disrupt momentum. Occasional communication gaps — Delays in relaying cost impacts, schedule changes, or field needs can create avoidable friction or rework.
