      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, good leadership, mission driven. I was accepted and put to work on executive projects that I still reference today!

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is that the HQ is in Birmingham so there is a lot of online meetings / cross functional teams - if that is an issue for you.

      If you work hard and do well you will have the potential to earn more money

      They do not offer yearly increases, you have to earn any increases through your performance (bonuses or commission)
