Business Outlook
Pros
As a corporate employee I have had lots of room for growth and advancement. The owners are genuinely good folks. There is a concerted effort from upper management to treat people the right way and approach the business with a servant heart. Leadership empowers it's employees and encourages innovation.
Cons
The company has been in rapid growth mode so sometimes it feels like we are repairing the plane while flying it. I think the company could make more use of metrics or KPI's in order to objectively measure performance. Although they have made great strides in training there is still room for improvement.
