      They have a great work life balance! They want to make sure their employee's are happy and well taken care of.

      Cons

      They need to stay more engaged with the employee's and make sure that they know what goes on in all of the offices that they have.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, good leadership, mission driven. I was accepted and put to work on executive projects that I still reference today!

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is that the HQ is in Birmingham so there is a lot of online meetings / cross functional teams - if that is an issue for you.
