      There was no pros to this job

      Cons

      Got an hour lunch but was still expected to answer phone calls while unpaid for that hour. Expected to be there 10 minutes early every day and also not paid for that 10 minutes. Poor management. Salary does not meet cost of living standards. You can make more money in retail.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, good leadership, mission driven. I was accepted and put to work on executive projects that I still reference today!

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is that the HQ is in Birmingham so there is a lot of online meetings / cross functional teams - if that is an issue for you.
