      Communication with any sort of supervisor was almost impossible. And the orientation is broad range, meaning the majority of it does not pertain to your position. Nor does it really explain to you what the job entails. Nor does it prepare you for how long you will be working.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, good leadership, mission driven. I was accepted and put to work on executive projects that I still reference today!

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is that the HQ is in Birmingham so there is a lot of online meetings / cross functional teams - if that is an issue for you.
