My role at The Onset has been pivotal in my career where I have not only grown professionally but also where I have found a workplace culture and vision that has given me purpose and enjoyment in my work. I have enhanced my knowledge and skills across Marketing with guidance from my managers and colleagues, as well as training and short courses being made available to me. I have also been able to branch out further with the support of team members and their expertise in the area, gaining knowledge across the tech industry and operations of the business in general. Everyday is interesting and challenging with a growth mindset at all levels. Trust, transparency and flexibility is supported across all teams, creating a collaborative space and the ongoing support to work on projects autonomously. We have an amazing group with passionate people and an awesome office to top it off. I look forward to continue being a part of evolving Onset's culture and brand.
