Pros
- Incredibly fulfilling. We work on progressive issues. There's no better feeling than being successful and knowing where your efforts are going. - Great benefits. The pay was already competitive, and then after a streak of great performance across the board the entire office got a significant raise. On top of that there are uncapped bonus opportunities, PTO, sick leave, health coverage, paid holidays, etc. - Fantastic culture. The team really feels like a team. We all support, challenge, and uplift each other when we need it. Everyone cares about the issues and is motivated by doing our jobs well, and helping the people we're knocking on doors for. Very diverse and inclusive. - Many opportunities for advancement. The company is growing FAST, there are plenty of opportunities to move up in the company. Promotion opportunities are available to anyone who can step up, take initiative, and maintain performance.
Cons
Not many - Lot of walking. The job is to cover your turf and knock on doors. This is a pro to some, those who enjoy being active and prefer it over sitting in an office all day.
