Pros
Team I was with was very considerate of each other and everyone's individual needs to do great at their job. Constant, open communication with team leads so you never feel like you're lost or stuck and have to figure it out on your own. Amazing bonus opportunities and flexible schedules.
Cons
Just dealing with upset people, but you also don't have to deal with them and it's not much of a problem.
