Pros
Some of the people that worked there were really great and the pay and health insurance was good while it lasted.
Cons
I worked for a while on the remote administrative team and in 2022 it became clear that the company had serious money management issues. They tout having a strong focus on DEI but suddenly laid off half the core administrative team from one day to the next with no notice and no severance pay because they couldn't balance the books. They also boasted a transparent salary calculator to ensure fair compensation practices but would just provide signing and discretionary bonuses wherever they needed to offer someone more money. Overall, there was a lack of good management practices when it came to meeting campaign goals which often caused expectations of 70-hour workweeks and serious budget overspending that did not contribute anything positive to the work culture. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for stability or a company that genuinely values you.
