Pros

It would be probably thought that what was meant miracles just with the children. But there are miracles with the staff. People are attentive to our issues and life happenings. The company even paid for someone's lodging to accommodate them during the water shortage in Jackson, Mississippi . This company cares about their employees and will make things happen thay are unexpected.

Cons

When the office admin in Jackson goes on vacation (3 weeks of the year), things are a bit more chaotic. But office settles back down when she's back.
