Pros

1. You get what you put in. If you work hard and do more than the bare minimum, you’ll love being a part of the a TPC family :) 2. Expectations are clear from the jump. 3. Flexible environment. Employees and their families are just as important as client families. We work together as a team. 4. You’ll be given multiple opportunities for growth within the company. It’s up to each individual to take those steps to ensure growth, if desired. 5. We have a fun, but productive time. Positive atmosphere 110%.

Cons

Due to circumstances out of staffing team’s control, the wait time to obtain new clients makes it difficult to meet full time hour needs. However, the company works with you to fill in those time slots to the best of their ability! Travel between clients can be tricky, as mileage is not reimbursed. It is up to the RBT/parent to reschedule any session cancellations. No pay for cancelled sessions.
