Pros

High pay - but that was a scam (see cons)

Cons

Apparently they were unhappy with how I was doing something and instead of talking to my about it they went straight to firing me. I have been an RBT for 5 years and my other companies have absolutely loved me so I am not the problem. They hired me at $35 which is weirdly high so I’m pretty sure they just posted the job for high to get someone in, and then fired me when they found someone for less. Absolutely horrible ethics. My BCBA was also extremely rude. If you work for them, be prepared to be fired at any time for any reason with no warning. The “reason” they gave me was that I canceled session once by texting the Dad and then immediately texted the BCBA. And apparently I had to text the BCBA first.
