This biggest pro I've experienced throughout my time working here is the positive work environment. From the employers, coworkers and clients! I feel like I am helping people which gives me a sense of purpose everyday. There is opportunity for growth. I am constantly being challenged and stimulated by being given opportunities to lead, problem solve and teach! Management is very supportive and will work with you on helping to develop your skills and listen to any issues or concerns you bring up.
