If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The place is chaotic, everyday there are unnecessary, new "ideas" for production that aren't thought out. It's more of a "throw it on the wall and hope it sticks" mentality. The management is poor, they lack experience. The pay is definitely what it should be. More work is added to your job but no more pay. They keep saying they're a "start up" but you're not a start up after 10 years. However, it IS still run as a start up. The people hired are inadequate. Most of the people that work there come in as if they just rolled out of bed. Some wearing bathrobes, slippers, half shirts, leggings, short shorts. Seriously? Worse work environment I've ever seen. There's no growth either. You'll just stay in the same position with the same pay but more work. Stay away!!
