      - Sustainable fashion is a great mission - Uses updated"ish" softwares and CRMs - You do not need a college degree for this position

      Cons

      - High turnover - Hard work/Low pay - Not professional - Not many growth paths open - Glorified customer service - Mundane and quick burnout - No discounts - We are losing peoples items often - List goes on

      Pros

      Great people. Excellent training and support. Learning about collections.

      Cons

      The pay is very low for the amount of work expected of us. Plus it doesn’t cover the basic of living expenses even with over time which is dependent on if the company approves of OT.
