      Pros

      The realreal is simply a luxury thrift store, as a fashion studies major, I used this job to the best of my advantage.

      Cons

      However after lock down was uplifted which the realreal still encouraged people to work. Their was an increase of covid cases at work and iI felt uncomfortable to continue to work there. In addition it's not full time college student friendly.

      Overall, the receiving team is very sweet and engaging. They try to help you when you need it or ask for it.

      When you don't reach your goal, they do get on you/

      Pros

      Great people. Excellent training and support. Learning about collections.

      Cons

      The pay is very low for the amount of work expected of us. Plus it doesn’t cover the basic of living expenses even with over time which is dependent on if the company approves of OT.
