      Monthly quota is impossible to hit and you need 90% for any commission payout - after raising it from 80% while the business is booming since the pandemic Management is disingenuous and don’t offer any support, basically throw you into it. NOT A HEALTHY TEAM ENVIRONMENT

      Great people. Excellent training and support. Learning about collections.

      Cons

      The pay is very low for the amount of work expected of us. Plus it doesn’t cover the basic of living expenses even with over time which is dependent on if the company approves of OT.
