      Pros

      Some of the items you get to see and appraise are breathtaking. It is different everyday and challenging but so much fun to learn and view beautiful things everyday.

      Cons

      The demand to appraise too many items in one day and then to be accurate sometimes is unrealistic. They push the quotas down your throat and you can be disciplined if you don't push out high numbers. That is how mistakes are made and the quality of work plummets.

      Great people. Excellent training and support. Learning about collections.

      Cons

      The pay is very low for the amount of work expected of us. Plus it doesn’t cover the basic of living expenses even with over time which is dependent on if the company approves of OT.
