Pros

Free lunches a few times a month, free bagels on Thursdays. Some room for growth after years.

Cons

Management and coworkers change so quickly because they expect so much. The expectations are similar to Amazon where you have to authenticated/measure/ and write details of a certain number of items per hour (sometimes 28 depending on your category) and you're tracked what you're doing every minute you're working. The biggest complaint is that hours are always cut so you'll often work closer to 32 hours, sometimes less than 30 because there's no product. In my experience, it's a high pressure job with a lot of expectation with little reward.

Overall, the receiving team is very sweet and engaging. They try to help you when you need it or ask for it.

Great Consignors new and existing!

Cons

Micro Management to the Extreme, Upper and Middle Management does some of the worst job ever in handling customer concerns and most of the time chooses not to respond. The items are sold on the cheap as it is really ridiculous and customers are unhappy. Don’t give customers copies of contracts that they signed instead refer them to the online where the contract is constantly amended.
