Cons
-Unrealistic expectations for daily quotas (“goals”) -Management is mostly white passed Senior manager level. Those are the real managers, everyone else is expected to follow. VP Rachel Vaisman is not great. Typically feels like she sees employees as machines, and when you work hard she repays you by not giving the department proper holidays or any kind of recognition. -Holidays are noted in the handbook, but unless you work at the headquarters, it is most likely not happening. OH and they won’t tell you you’re working the holiday until 3 weeks prior. -Forced to work Thanksgiving (non retail positions alike), Memorial Day, Labor Day, no holiday is observed if it’s on a holiday or day you usually don’t work. -Poor Work/Life Balance -Do not care about employees time -Constant change; can’t seem to stick to consistent methods; change is great in moderation -Everything revolves around contractual SLA the company put on itself. Clientele can easily manipulate since it’s a bunch of rich people with connections in the company. -Low Morale…very low.
