Pros

WFH + Genuine Sales Reps

Cons

I had high hopes when I joined this company, but unfortunately, the reality was far from what I expected. The senior leadership team is the epitome of dysfunction. Instead of fostering a supportive atmosphere, they prioritize their own agendas, often at the expense of employee morale. It’s frustrating to see decisions made that seem arbitrary and self-serving rather than in the best interest of the team or the company. Moreover, the culture here feels more like a high school than a professional workplace. There’s a palpable “mean girls” vibe that permeates every level. Rather than collaboration and support, there’s an undercurrent of backbiting and gossip that makes it difficult to trust anyone. Instead of lifting each other up, many directors seem more focused on tearing one another down, which creates a toxic environment that stifles creativity and collaboration. As for growth opportunities? Forget about it. There’s little to no mentorship or professional development, and the leadership’s reluctance to provide constructive feedback makes it nearly impossible to advance. The lack of clear pathways for growth only adds to the frustration, leaving many employees feeling stuck and unappreciated. If you’re considering joining this company, I would strongly advise against it. Unless you’re prepared to navigate a toxic atmosphere and accept stagnation as the norm, look elsewhere.

Pros

Pay and commission can be good, but the structure is unnecessarily convoluted and not as generous as it seems, and you will have no work/life balance if you want to actually make consistently high commission. If you have a true passion for luxury and fashion, you do get a lot of opportunities to handle and interact with special/rare items, and depending on store location you can meet a lot of interesting industry people and celebrities, especially during Fashion Weeks

Cons

Poor and unsupportive management with extremely unrealistic demands and expectations; you will get virtually no training, but are immediately expected to know how to do everything. The overall company culture is just unpleasant and very cliquey, and there's constant employee turnover. The online customer service system is terrible, so you will frequently have to handle customer issues that have nothing to do with you/your sales.
