Toxic attitude from bosses that view sales reps as numbers on a screen, not people. There's no explanation as to "why" - you're just expected to do what you're told without asking questions. If you fall behind 3 months in a row even if it's not your fault (goals too high, slow season or you have an unfair client database), you are put on PIP. Bosses come up with new things for us to do every week and are not consistent. Just when you make a goal, they set the bar higher. Company is in a lot of debt and they act like it - the pressure is high and in all the wrong places. My health suffered while working there. I do not recommend.
