Remote role is a nice job - Recruiter The Revenue Optimization Companies (T-ROC) Employee Review

Pros

If you don’t live in miami where headquarters is located, it’s a great remote role.

Cons

Easier to recruit remotely then in office and it affects your bonus payout (commute limits hours working and office participation etc does too). The company is definitely in a transitional period and job security is questionable.
