Pros

RadioShack employees will now have the opportunity to make commission selling Sprint.

Cons

Everyone in the Northeast (Maine, MA, NH) who worked for TROC IN A SWAS RadioShack corporate Sprint store will be out of a job right before Christmas. Most of us just started (within 3 months) so we don't qualify for unemployment. Did TROC hire us just to set up the store and then lay us off?

I am so very sorry about this. Trust me, this was not something that was done in haste. We, as a company, were given notice as well and had a short window. Unfortunately, when these things happen, the timing is "never" good. TROC would never never have brought employees on, had we known this was about to happen. I wish you much success in your career; please stay connected on our career site for new opportunities. Regards, Randy Brandon Director of Talent Acquisition/People Attraction
