Cons
Communication is the absolute worst the phone number they have online never seems to have an ‘available representative’ present. Keep a paper trail cause there is FAR TO MUCH ‘he said she said’. Keep copies of your emails and texts cause you don’t want to end up stuck in a hotel room away from home with only $100 a week (Less for those who have benefits with them). Ridiculously long waits for response to issues that are not considered priority in the eyes of the upper management. Lack of training . Lack of equal treatment. Keeping employees on with the company who violated policy. (I.e. Theft). Overall highly UNORGANIZED.
