      Pros

      1. The training program here is amazing. You learn so many different and important skills. 2. If you work here long enough you get paid travel opportunities. I’ve never been able to travel with a company before, and I’m excited for it. 3. They promote from within, so there are always opportunities for bonuses, promotions, raises, etc. All you need to do is communicate clearly and they’ll help you figure out your path within the company. This is easily the best job I’ve ever had. I really like it here.

      Cons

      You have to be here a while before the paid travel opportunities open up. I wish they were available sooner.
