Friendly coworkers, Good customer service. Everyone is always willing to help new employees learn and get the hang of how everything works

Cons

Meetings are only geared towards office staff and are mandatory. Not much growth in the company for anyone outside of operations

Great atmosphere, friendly colleagues, fun activities, overall great place to work for people interested in skating or hockey

Cons

Not many. You will have to deal with a lot of disgruntled customers, so you will have a chance to develop some thick skin and conflict resolution skills.
