Pros

There is no pros with this company. My property Manager was and is one of the best in the market, I watched her first hand daily and the amount of work she did and had to deal with from corporate level staff. Our regional was by far one of the worst people to deal with and we seen first hand. When she would show up for visit 15 min every month there was never a welcoming invitation from her, she did not speak to us. The sales team is terrible, expect us to sign leases with one rate special and we would tell them we need something different they can’t do it. Then show up “oh let me give you a additional $300 if you sign right now. ‘’Fair housing out the roof....

Cons

Having a regional who never picks up the phone and shows major favoritism, has no professionalism and lack of communication with her team. Having a man run a sales and leasing team who belittles employees, and makes a point to hire friends from college and has lacks in professionalism. Fair housing laws broke daily with in this company, audit is much needed.

Pros

Employee friendly, personable management, tons of opportunities for growth, financially stable private company, extremely knowledgeable management and employees, understanding of life happening.

Cons

Prefer in office rather than hybrid or remote, benefits tiered more to young single employees than for experienced or longer career employees.

Cons

Zero upwards accountability for management past the site level Horrific HR department that makes it impossible to hold reports accountable Favoritism is rampant and will destroy jobs Claims a culture of "Go-Getters" when in reality they say this to abuse your work-life balance to the highest degree COO is completely out of touch with his workforce and makes changes off of vibes
