Pros

Opportunities for advancement for you are ok with the environment.

Cons

A lot of "failing upward". "Legacy" employees are treated with favoritism and can do no wrong leading to good employees feeling undervalued. This leads to high employee turnover. The expectation is to live and breath the company with little to no allotment for personal time or a home life. Not a sustainable lifestyle. The company is young and it shows. They have a lot to learn and seem like a teenager going through the "I can do it all" phase. So much growth without ensuring the right people are put in the correct positions. (Failing upward)

Pros

Employee friendly, personable management, tons of opportunities for growth, financially stable private company, extremely knowledgeable management and employees, understanding of life happening.

Cons

Prefer in office rather than hybrid or remote, benefits tiered more to young single employees than for experienced or longer career employees.

Pros

Competitive bonus compensation Good benefits package Good comradery with fellow GM/PM's

Cons

Zero upwards accountability for management past the site level Horrific HR department that makes it impossible to hold reports accountable Favoritism is rampant and will destroy jobs Claims a culture of "Go-Getters" when in reality they say this to abuse your work-life balance to the highest degree COO is completely out of touch with his workforce and makes changes off of vibes
