Pros

Generally speaking, the employees form a solid community. Friendship outside of the office is typical.

Cons

- Limited opportunities for internal growth - Compensation is lower than city median - Company has no real mission, nor does the executive team care for its employees - Money over people establishment - Returned the office to 100% capacity in June against all Chicago and Illinois ordinances causing two Covid-19 outbreaks. Management endangers employees health and safety.

Pros

Employee friendly, personable management, tons of opportunities for growth, financially stable private company, extremely knowledgeable management and employees, understanding of life happening.

Cons

Prefer in office rather than hybrid or remote, benefits tiered more to young single employees than for experienced or longer career employees.

Pros

Competitive bonus compensation Good benefits package Good comradery with fellow GM/PM's

Cons

Zero upwards accountability for management past the site level Horrific HR department that makes it impossible to hold reports accountable Favoritism is rampant and will destroy jobs Claims a culture of "Go-Getters" when in reality they say this to abuse your work-life balance to the highest degree COO is completely out of touch with his workforce and makes changes off of vibes
