Pros

They were pretty flexible as far as hours and scheduling, which makes this job great for college students. The pay was better than previous jobs that I've had, and it felt more like an 'adult' job.

Cons

I did not get paid enough for how much I had to deal with, mainly when I was working at Redpoint Columbia. One of my co-workers was an ex-best friend of mine, and she managed to turn the entire staff against me. I put 100% effort into my job; residents were complimentary of me, and I never once complained and was kind to everyone. However, I was singled out, especially by management, and was made to do all of the dirty work that no one else was willing/held accountable to do. An example of this; as an office employee, I was forced to pull weeds out of the pool deck with my BARE hands for several hours in 100 degree heat with no assistance from anyone else, while the rest of the staff was inside doing their normal work. I was ignored directly to my face by even management, as if I was speaking to a brick wall. I left work crying almost every day. No matter what I did, every single shift was emotional torture.

Prefer in office rather than hybrid or remote, benefits tiered more to young single employees than for experienced or longer career employees.
