Pros
Majority of the staff work here because they are affected in some way by a loved one struggling with addiction - family, friend, or themselves. Recovery includes tossing aside selfishness and replacing it with self-less-ness so being a part of a company that provides that assistance makes a difference in the clients and in your own life.
Cons
It is hard to see people come back to treatment, but I understand it is about planting the seed, not making a change for them. They will change when they are ready, not when you are ready for them to change.
